Let’s step outside of packaging design for just a moment to learn a little bit more about me. As a lifelong creative thinker I have many diverse interests. I have been drawing comics for fun since age 8, and have been published more or less regularly since 2004. Here are just a few of my latest creations.

Killing Castro - (comics & cover design) A graphic novel I co-created with writer Jason Ciaccia. It took a wild satirical look at true historical events surrounding the U.S. government’s cold war obsession with Fidel Castro. Released by Caliber Comics and listed as one of the top ten graphic novels of 2010 by The Village Voice. It even ended up as required reading for a class at Brooklyn College.

Bad Energy - This is a short 8-page mini-comic I drew about drawing mini-comics. It was released in 2013 by world-famous Fantagraphics Books as part of their “Treasury of Mini-Comics” collection.

Blunderbuss - (comics & cover design) This is a collection of three short comics I drew over a four year period. This was translated into Serbian and released in that country as part of a collection of comics from around the world.

Barflies - Barflies is an ongoing 4-panel gag strip I do just for fun. It’s currently between websites.
